To prepare this all-purpose gravy, you just need to add everything in the pan simply, and then forget about it. Just cut and chop some vegetables, then add them to this thick and delicious curry, and all get done in minutes. Having the versatility of this curry helps you to make the curry from aloo to chicken, Matar paneer or mixed veg, etc. then name it accordingly. You should make it once a week, just prepare this all-in-one gravy in a large volume, pack it into the air-tight container, and take it into the fridge, and forget about spending hours in the kitchen until the whole gravy is used and finished.

  • 1 kg Tomato
  • ½ kg Onions
  • ½ cup chopped Ginger
  • ½ cup chopped Garlic
  • Oil or Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Haldi Powder
  • 2 tbsp Jeera Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Dhania Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  • Salt as per the requirement

How to Make?
  1. Chop the onion and cut tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and sauté. Let it heat until the raw smell is gone.
  4. Add chopped onions and dry masala, then cook until ingredients are mixed and well.
  5. Next, add tomatoes. Then let it cook until it becomes mushy and soft. In the end, add salt and Kasuri methi.
  6. Mix everything properly and ook this masala until it starts leaving oil on the sides.
  7. Now, take off the heat and let it cool properly before storing it in containers.
  8. You can store it in the refrigerator, and use this all-in-one gravy for 5 to 7 days.

Now your gravy has been prepared and you can make a variety of dishes with it. You can use this delicious curry in different dishes like aloo, paneer, chicken, Chola, rajma, etc.
