How to Make Mango Fish Taco?

Take Ingredients –

1 peeled fresh mango, 1 fish fillet, salt according to taste, ½ tsp ginger powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 5-6 tbsp refined flour, ½ tsp sugar, 1-1½ tbsp tequila, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1-1½ cup fruit beer, 1 sliced mango, 2 tsp olive oil, ½ cup finely chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped onion, 4 tbsp mango pulp, 2 tsp cream cheese, ½ piece of finely chopped cabbage, 1leaf of finely chopped lettuce, 3 buckwheat tacos, mint leaves to garnish.

How to Make?

Firstly chop the mango and place it on the plate. Then, cut the slices of Fish fillet and sprinkle a pinch of required salt, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper powder as per the taste to marinate the fish.

Now prepare the batter in a bowl. For this add some refined flour, tequila, lemon juice, black pepper powder, sugar, fruit beer. Mix all the batter well.

Next, beat the fish into slices. Also, cut the peeled mango into small slices. Now, palace these slices upon each of the fish slices, then roll the fish. Take a hot pan with some olive oil and coat the fish in batter. Now take the fish in a pan and heat it on a low flame till it goes golden brown.

How to Make Tasty Dip?

Let’s start making a dip in another bowl. For this, add some finely chopped pieces of capsicum, a pinch of ginger powder and garlic powder, oil, sugar, lemon juice, chopped mango, salt, cheese cream, and then mix all things well. Now chop ½ Cabbage and 1 Lettuce leaf. Then, mix them.

Best Way to Present Amazingly

Just take three buckwheat tacos. Take out the fish roll from the pan and cut them into half pieces. Spread the dip over each taco, now place the chopped cabbage with lettuce leaves on over the dish. Add the fish rolls with tacos and place them on the taco plate. Garnish the dish with mint leaves. Now the dish is ready to serve with a delicious dip.
