To make Schezwan cheese balls, first, take small-sized potatoes and boil them lightly. Then let’s cool these potatoes and make a mash of them in the bowl. Then, chopped garlic, onion, and corn. Next to add main spices like salt, pepper, and red chili powder. Finally, add schezwan sauce and combine all the mixture well. Once the process is complete, make small roundels from the mash, then flatten them with shredded cheese. Then, close the dough, dip it into the cornflour and fry! 

Once crisp the balls, take them out on the plate and serve.
